  5. Step 5: Send your email.

    Once your email with all required information is ready, send it to cs@pureessentialswellness.com.

Processing Time

After we receive your refund email, our support team will review it as quickly as possible. Please allow us 5-10 business days to process your request and reply. We may contact you if we need further information.

If approved, refunds are typically returned to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on the payment provider.
